Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. We can provide you with a receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
What payment forms do you accept?
We take HSAs, all major credit cards, cash, check, and clergy pay. We do require all clients to have a credit card on file even if using a different form of payment.
Do you do virtual or in person sessions?
We do both! If you prefer to meet in person, we are located in Provo, Utah. We can also do virtual appointments.
Do you work with children?
At this time, we are not able to support anyone under the age of 18. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can I choose the therapist I want to work with?
Yes, you absolutely can! It will depend on the therapist’s schedule and availability.
